Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is hiring a Client Services Technician in Connecticut. You will process orders, manage glassware, and ensure accurate packaging and delivery in a fast-paced lab environment.

No prior experience is required, though familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a plus. You'll receive training and have opportunities to grow into a broader laboratory sciences career at Pace®.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Glassware Management: select glassware from inventory and label correctly.
• Order Processing: use LIMS to record and prepare orders with accuracy.
• Packaging and Delivery: pack orders securely for delivery.
• Quality Control: verify orders meet specifications before dispatch.
• Safety and Cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe workspace per policy.
