Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in the United States is seeking a Client Services Technician to apply your love of science in a practical lab setting. You’ll learn and grow in a dedicated environmental testing environment.

The role emphasizes precise glassware management, order processing in LIMS, and safe, efficient packing for shipment. No prior experience required; however, you should be detail-oriented and able to work well in a team, with standard hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle glassware and materials carefully.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Glassware management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
• Order processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
• Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
• Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatching.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
