Job summary

HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide clear, courteous communication to clients regarding laboratory inquiries. The role focuses on first-call resolution and a seamless customer experience, supporting data processing and confidentiality across multiple channels.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (call center or clinical experience preferred), strong English language skills, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; call center and/or clinical experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, friendly, and professional communication with clients.
• Manages multiple tasks and calls in a fast-paced environment (6–8 calls per hour minimum).
• Handles inquiries by phone, email, fax, and other channels; communicates turnaround times.
• Maintains SOPs and patient confidentiality in all actions.
• Performs data processing, sorts/distributes mail, prints reports, and files data with accuracy.
