Columbia Memorial Health Laboratory seeks a Laboratory Client Services and Billing Coordinator to handle inquiries and all billing functions for the lab. You will work with department supervisors to report concerns and ensure charge accuracy in LIS and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Laboratory Client Services and Billing Coordinator is responsible for responding to inquiries and requests, and all automated and manual billing related functions for Columbia Memorial Health Laboratory.
• Oversee all laboratory charge and credit submission procedures, serving as the primary contact for all billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate registration functions for the department to ensure timely posting or reversal of charges.
• Oversight of the Laboratory Billing Procedures Manual, working with the supervisors and Beaker team to validate new tests and systems, auto verification, billing charges, and report review.
