Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, laboratory support, or a related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Review laboratory charges and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor charge capture and billing work queues; resolve routine edits.
• Identify missing or incorrect charges and coordinate corrections.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with appropriate teams.
• Prepare outreach client invoices and maintain documentation.
