Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or an Associate degree with 2 years of experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting mechanical parts and assembly drawings.
• Experience with electrical circuits and diagrams, including use of electrical measurement tools (multimeters/analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Install and commission advanced automation systems per service policies.
• Lead root cause investigations for automation failures and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibrations per SOPs.
• Complete accurate service records and ensure GDP compliance.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians on troubleshooting and best practices.
• Support R&D, Manufacturing, and Lab Operations during automation changes.
