Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics or related field; or Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting mechanical parts, assembly drawings, and diagrams.
• Experience with electrical circuits and measurement tools such as multimeters and analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve instrument and automation failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on laboratory instrumentation.
• Document service activities per GDP and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, ISO, CLIA).
• Develop technical expertise and provide training across teams.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form with internal and external departments.
• Support process improvements and SOP updates.
