Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Phlebotomist for full-time or part-time schedules on all shifts. The role involves processing samples, performing exempt screening and monitoring tests in line with CMS/CLIA and Piedmont policies, and drawing blood as needed. Assists clinical staff with non-clinical tasks.

Education required is a HS Diploma or GED with no experience required, though 1 year as phlebotomist and EKG experience are preferred. Certification CPT Phlebotomy is preferred.

Qualifications

Performs venipunctures at entities where applicable, and obtains/prepares blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures. Assists technical staff in non-clinical tasks.
