Job summary

Jaquith Consulting Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Reporting Manager to support delivery for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Working within AECOM’s program controls function, the role owns end-to-end reporting, consolidating cost, schedule, change, and document data into a single view.

The successful candidate will pull data from PMIS, Primavera P6, SharePoint lists, and Excel, and build readable dashboards with MS Fabric and Tableau for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with reporting for infrastructure programs is preferred.
• Experience with PMIS, Primavera P6, Excel, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program controls reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across multiple projects within the program.
• Identify interdependencies and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with project managers on resource utilization.
• Define and refine program-level objectives with senior leadership.
• Provide guidance to project controls teams.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on program progress to leadership.
