Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Reporting Manager in Los Angeles, CA to support our PgM team on program controls. The role focuses on developing reports, coordinating across projects, and mitigating risks while ensuring alignment with program objectives.

The candidate will work closely with senior leadership and project managers. The position is on-site in Los Angeles and requires strong experience in infrastructure program reporting, data integration from PMIS, Excel, SharePoint Lists, and Primavera P6,

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with reporting management on infrastructure programs (transportation, water, roadways, sports).
• Proven ability to pull data from PMIS, Excel, SharePoint Lists and Primavera P6.
• MS Fabric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program controls reports and projects for the Program Director.
• Coordinate across multiple projects to align with program objectives.
• Identify interdependencies and mitigate risks across the program.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure resources are available.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on progress and achievements.
