Job summary

Jaquith Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Risk Management Senior Manager to support delivery of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games venue infrastructure program. You will establish and lead the program's risk management approach across the full lifecycle, building frameworks, tools, and a risk register for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency, including 2 years of leadership
• Ability to travel
• 11+ years of experience in construction/infrastructure
• Extensive experience with Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) tools
• Experience delivering risk management across program lifecycle
• Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement a comprehensive program risk management system across the full lifecycle.
• Lead the Risk Management function with clear direction and foster a risk-aware culture.
• Ensure resources, tools, and systems for risk identification, assessment, and treatment.
• Deliver risk management services aligned with governance frameworks and program objectives.
• Develop robust risk management plans and reporting methodologies.
• Lead risk interviews, workshops, and governance meetings.
• Monitor risk at strategic and tactical levels and drive mitigation of threats.
