Role Overview:
We’re looking for an organized, resourceful and highly proactive Workplace Operations Manager to own the employee experience of our Los Angeles offices.
You’ll be the hands‑on leader of our LA workplace: running day‑to‑day office operations, the vendors and services that keep things moving, and the programs that make it a place people want to be. You’ll bring structure to a fast‑moving environment, anticipate what employees and teams need, and build the systems and standards that let our LA workplace scale as we grow.
This is a role for someone who’s just as comfortable shaping the long‑term strategy for our LA workplace as they are restocking the cups in the kitchen. No task is beneath you, and no problem is too big.
You’ll coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep services reliable, spaces well run, and stakeholders aligned. In addition to daily operations, you’ll take ownership of operational initiatives that improve the workplace, such as launching new service programs, tightening vendor processes, or improving how information and documentation are managed.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
