Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to join our Los Angeles, CA territory.

This hunter role will prospect, qualify, and close new business by demonstrating the value of our wireless solutions, working under a sales manager to meet monthly quotas. Requirements include 1+ year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (commissioned environment) and a High School Diploma/GED; a Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Under sales manager supervision, generates leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other services.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management; participate in training opportunities and sales meetings.
• Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
• Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools; manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
