Job summary

ProSomnus is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Advocate to grow our presence in the Los Angeles market. You will own the California territory, drive revenue, develop new accounts, and expand existing ones through in-person engagement with dentists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate is energetic, autonomous, organized, and excels at building relationships while navigating a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience calling on dentists, physicians, or other healthcare professionals preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed revenue, sales, and funnel goals with accurate forecasts.
• Build and execute territory plans based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop new target accounts and expand existing ones.
• Maintain regular in-person engagement with key customers, with substantial field presence.
• Promote ProSomnus products to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Understand products, evidence, value propositions, and customer benefits.
• Cultivate relationships across sleep dentistry, sleep physicians, ENTs, and other professionals.
• Develop and execute territory action plans based on performance data and needs.
• Incorporate market intelligence into territory strategies and communicate clinical evidence effectively.
• Leverage educational programs and events to support growth and engagement.
• Address customer challenges by investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams.
• Travel as required and adhere to policies and code of conduct.
