Job summary

Vesta Home is seeking an experienced Operations leader to oversee the Los Angeles market, partnering with the Operations Manager(s) to drive safety, productivity, customer service, and cost efficiency across multiple facilities.

You will own market financial performance, including labor budgets and vendor spend, while leading a team of 80+ associates and guiding site leaders toward consistent operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
• 5+ years of people-management experience, including experience managing managers.
• Prior experience managing multi-site or multi-facility operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of accountability for Operations performance across the LA market, partnering with the Operations Manager(s) to achieve safety, productivity, customer service, and cost/labor efficiency goals.
• Own market-level financial performance, including labor budget, staffing plans, contractor/vendor spend, and capital requests; review and approve cross-facility decisions.
• Lead multi-site strategic planning, capacity planning, and continuous process improvement translating company goals into site plans.
• Directly manage the Operations Manager(s) and facility leadership, including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Oversee market-wide safety program governance with OSHA compliance accountability.
• Represent the LA market to Regional Director and executives; manage vendor and 3PL relationships at the market level.
