Job summary

Vesta Home, operating as Showroom Group, is seeking an experienced Operations leader for the Los Angeles market. You will partner with regional leadership to drive safety, productivity, customer service, and cost efficiency across multiple facilities while maintaining accountability for financial results.

Salary ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 per year, plus eligibility for a quarterly bonus. A bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years in operations, logistics, or warehouse management with multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations or supply chain.
• Experience leading multi-site operations with financial accountability.
• Proven ability to drive safety, productivity, and cost efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 80+ associates across LA market facilities.
• Own market-level financial performance including labor budgets and capital requests.
• Implement standardized SOPs and drive cross-functional alignment with Finance and HR.
• Coach and develop site leaders; manage escalation on complex issues.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe, efficient operations across all sites.
