Jenni Kayne is seeking a dynamic LA Metro Area Manager to lead our Los Angeles market with hands-on coaching and operational excellence. You will drive performance, develop leaders, and ensure elevated client experiences across stores while spending 100% of time in the field.

You will coach from the sales floor, lead store visits, and partner with HR on performance and development, while shaping local partnerships and community engagement to grow the Jenni Kayne brand.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with HR on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Strong leadership presence with coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze reporting, identify trends, and translate insights into action.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary leader and culture carrier for Jenni Kayne stores throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
• Maintain 100% field presence, traveling between stores based on priorities and market needs.
• Drive store performance by achieving monthly and annual sales goals while ensuring operational excellence.
• Develop Store Managers and store teams, building succession plans and leadership bench.
• Partner with Store Managers to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies using KPIs and reporting.
• Coach leaders and teams with consistent feedback and development plans.
