Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Jenni Kayne stores across the Los Angeles market.
• Maintain 100% field presence, traveling between stores as needed.
• Drive sales and operational excellence to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Develop Store Managers and teams with succession planning.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to analyze trends and act on KPIs.
• Coach on selling behaviors, clienteling, and product knowledge.
