IOI Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business through persistent, relationship-driven outbound sales. This is primarily an in-person, field role with targeted territories and owner-level engagement.

You will own visits, calls, texts, emails, networking, and follow-up to build a strong pipeline and close new business. Expect to develop 4 new clients per month with an annual earnings target of $170,000+ at target performance.

Qualifications

• Experience cold-approaching businesses or prospects.
• Proven ability to initiate conversations with people you have never met.
• Comfortable entering businesses and speaking with decision-makers.
• Background in outbound sales, field sales, or canvassing.

Responsabilités

• Close a target of 4 new clients per month.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline to generate about 1 new client per week.
• Visit targeted businesses in Los Angeles in person.
• Engage owners and decision-makers via visits, calls, texts, emails, networking, and other channels.
• Own the outbound process from visits to follow-up and closing opportunities.
• Maintain an organized CRM with notes, steps, and next actions.
• Track activity, pipeline, and revenue generated.
