Core Talent US is launching its Construction recruitment division in Los Angeles. You will take ownership of building the market, winning clients, and nurturing long-term relationships within a backed, international recruitment platform.

We seek an entrepreneurial, commercially strong recruiter who can lead a team as the division grows, with hybrid working and generous benefits including healthcare and a 401k.

Core Talent has built a highly successful specialist recruitment business over the last 13 years, and we are now launching and growing Core Talent US.

We’re looking for an experienced 360 / full desk recruiter to join us in Los Angeles and take the lead in launching and building our Construction recruitment division.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop the market, win clients, build long‑term relationships, and ultimately grow a team around you, while benefiting from the backing, infrastructure, and resources of an established international recruitment company.

We’re particularly interested in recruiters with experience across Construction, Civil, Engineering, Infrastructure, Property, Real Estate, or other technical recruitment markets where those skills can transfer successfully into Construction.

You’ll have:

• Freedom to build and own your market without unnecessary geographical or client restrictions
• $100-125k base pay and uncapped commission plan
• Flexibility with start and finish times that suit both you and your desk
• Hybrid working – 3 days in office
• Open PTO policy for Lead Consultants and above
