Beyond Meat, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the Beyond Immerse platform across the Greater Los Angeles area. You will drive distributor and retail execution, align with internal leadership, and expand distribution and brand visibility in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in beverage, CPG, food service, or consumer packaged goods sales.
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, and/or DSD environments strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execution throughout Los Angeles and the assigned Greater Southern California territory.
• Build profitable volume through expanded distribution, merchandising excellence, and strong promotional execution.
• Conduct route rides, distributor visits, and influential accounts calls to strengthen retail execution and identify opportunities.
• Secure new points of distribution, displays, secondary placements, cold box opportunities, and incremental shelf space.
• Educate, motivate, and support distributor sales teams through trainings and market engagement.
• Ensure flawless execution of promotional programs, including displays and planogram compliance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities and actions.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership for launches, demos, and local activations.
• Represent Beyond Meat with professionalism and growth-oriented mindset in the marketplace.
