You will drive distributor and retail execution, build distribution, and lead promotional initiatives. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with 2+ years in CPG sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel throughout the Greater New York area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage/CPG or related sales role.
• Experience with distributors, retailers, or DSD preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and travel within Greater NY.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execution in the Greater New York territory.
• Build profitable volume through expanded distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Conduct route rides, distributor visits, and influential accounts calls to strengthen retail execution.
• Secure new points of distribution, displays, secondary placements, and shelf space.
• Educate and support distributor sales teams through trainings and market engagement.
• Ensure flawless execution of promotions, displays, planogram compliance, and POS.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on launches and local market activations.
• Communicate market opportunities and execution updates to internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize territory focus based on retailer initiatives and launches.
• Represent Beyond Meat with professionalism and growth-minded attitude.
