This role drives distributor- and retailer-level execution, expands distribution, and strengthens relationships with partners and leadership teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in beverage/CPG sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage, CPG, food service or consumer packaged goods sales.
• Experience with distributors, retailers or DSD preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execution in Los Angeles and the Greater Southern California territory.
• Build profitable volume through expanded distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Educate, motivate, and support distributor sales teams through trainings and market engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on launches, demos, sampling initiatives, and local activations.
• Communicate market opportunities and execution updates to internal stakeholders.
