Job summary

Saylor Agency in Los Angeles is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the development and execution of social-first campaigns and brand content for a high-volume account. You will work with Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in production/PM, strong organization, and excellent communication. This full-time role requires LA-based presence with in-office Fridays?

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, PM, or operations within a creative agency or media production.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for high-volume environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to track project progress & costs with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pivot quickly with changing priorities.
• Experience supporting creative production processes, asset management, timelines, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and coordinate across content production phases (ideation to post-production).
• Maintain project management trackers and daily production hot-sheets for internal updates.
• Take and consolidate notes from client and internal meetings.
• Create and track asset tickets internally via Asana and other PM tools.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager, Assistant Editors, and client teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Assist Producers with daily client communication and feedback management.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables meeting both Saylor and client expectations.
