Job summary

Saylor in Los Angeles is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the development and execution of social-first campaigns and brand content for one high-volume account.

The role collaborates with Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality, with strong project management and communication skills. This is a full-time, LA-based position with a salary range of $55,000-$75,000, and in-office presence in Echo Park on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production, project management, or operations role within a creative agency, marketing firm, or media production environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with asset management, timelines, and approvals in creative production.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and coordinating across all phases of content production.
• Maintain project trackers and daily production hot-sheets for teams.
• Take and consolidate notes from client and internal meetings.
• Create and track asset tickets in Asana and update client tools.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Editors to manage titles, ingestion, and tracking.
• Assist Producers with daily client communication and feedback consolidation.
• Maintain high-quality standards and review deliverables for accuracy and relevance.
