Job summary

Saylor is seeking a Production Coordinator in Los Angeles to support high-volume social-first campaigns and brand content. You will collaborate with Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget.

A strong eye for detail and proactive problem-solving are essential. You will coordinate across ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production, maintaining trackers, notes, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production, project management, or operations in a creative/agency setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to track progress and costs accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaison with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and coordinating across all phases of content production.
• Maintain project management trackers and daily production hot-sheets for teams.
• Take and consolidate notes from client and internal meetings.
• Create and track asset tickets via Asana and update client-facing PM tools.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Editors to ensure timely asset requests and ingestions.
• Assist Producers with daily client communications, including versions, feedback, and timelines.
• Ensure deliverables meet Saylor and client quality standards.
