The candidate should bring a professional degree in architecture and at least 3 years of design office experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

The role requires travel and an office-based work schedule (3+ days/week) under Bergmeyer’s Flexible Work Policy.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture
• On track for licensure preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 3 years of recent design office experience

Responsibilities

• Graphically communicate ideas quickly with strong technical detailing and coordination
• Participate in full design process from concept through Construction Administration
• Assist with construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues and quality control
• Experience with technical projects and strong organizational skills
• Prepare DD and CD packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
