Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and licensure required.
• Experience leading interior design and architectural projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit and construction documentation development.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clients, teams and project activities across multiple fast-paced projects.
• Solve complex technical problems related to building construction and systems.
• Oversee coordination between landlords and consultants (MEP, structural, civil).
• Manage project finances for internal and external budgets.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate brand standards and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Lead in-house team with surveys, code and accessibility reviews as due diligence.
• Prepare design development and construction documents with project team and contractors.
• Assist with obtaining project approvals from building and zoning departments.
• Provide construction phase services and project close-out.
