Responsibilities

• Apply deposits for current projects to bookings.
• Research and collect data for incoming payments/receipts.
• Attach supporting documentation to payments.
• Provide information to Agent Offices and Coordinators.
• Review unclaimed/held checks and wires for resolution.
• Maintain organized desks and records.
• Perform other accounting tasks as requested by Supervisors.
• Escalate issues to the Trust Accounting Supervisor.
• Support system and process improvement projects.
• Follow up on funds on hold.
• Follow up on invoices.
