Job summary

Thirty Years is seeking an Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to own the operational side of our digital commerce across Shopify and growing marketplace channels. You’ll ensure products are built correctly, merchandised accurately, and launched on time.

You’ll work across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Nordstrom and other partners, managing feeds, inventory, pricing, and listings while coordinating with a developer for site improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce or digital commerce.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus experience.
• Experience managing catalogs, launches, promotions, and merchandising in Shopify.
• Experience with ecommerce marketplaces (Mirakl, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, etc.).
• Ability to work with web developers or technical partners.
• Strong merchandising and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Shopify administration and ecommerce operations.
• Build and launch products, collections, variants, pricing, imagery, descriptions, tags, metafields, and merchandising updates.
• Maintain accurate product information across all digital sales channels.
• Manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future partners.
• Manage Mirakl and other marketplace portals including setup, offers, pricing, inventory, and retailer requests.
• Coordinate new collection launches across Shopify and marketplaces ensuring live, accurate listings on time.
• Own Amazon catalog setup and ongoing listing maintenance including content, imagery, pricing, inventory.
• Monitor product feeds, inventory syncing, integrations, and channel connectivity and troubleshoot issues.
