The role blends hands-on logistics with creative storytelling and content capture in a fast-paced music environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in social media, and comfortable filming and lightly editing short-form video on a phone.

Qualifications

• Must be based in LA and able to work in person part-time.
• Fluent in social media; able to spot trends and move quickly.
• Comfortable shooting and lightly editing short-form video on a phone.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to hold focus during music production cycles.

Responsibilities

• Keep the artist focused and on schedule across studio sessions, meetings, and marketing commitments.
• Anticipate needs and handle day-to-day logistics, prep, and errands.
• Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video in the studio and on set.
• Ideate and pitch short-form content concepts (TikTok, Reels) in the artist's voice.
• Draft, schedule, and maintain a steady posting rhythm across platforms.
• Track content and marketing deliverables and flag risks of slipping.
