Job summary

Anonymous Content, Culver City, CA, is seeking a part-time Communications + Marketing specialist to support social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling. The role reports to the Director of Communications and is based in our Culver City office.

You will assist with schedules, analytics, asset creation in Photoshop, press clippings, decks, and weekly updates for the Brand Studio. The position requires organization, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining key dates including release schedules, events, campaigns, and awards timelines
• Track and report weekly social media analytics and engagement metrics
• Monitor and engage with client social media platforms
• Repost social media stories upon request and approval
• Assist with creation and editing of social media image assets, including Photoshop edits and story graphics
• Research industry peers’ social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and branding trends
• Gather and layout image assets for company decks and presentations
• Create and archive press clippings, URLs, and screengrabs for company news and projects
• Compile and format department news for weekly staff and departmental newsletters
• Source, organize, and prepare high-resolution image assets for social, web, and presentation materials
• Post pre-written company and project news updates to the website
• Assist with awards’ submissions for Brand Studio division under Communications Director’s oversight
