Behind The Scenes Apparel Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture and grow our customer relationships in the Los Angeles apparel market.

You will serve as the primary contact for existing accounts, assist with product selection, pricing, inventory, and orders, and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics. This full-time, onsite role requires organization and a friendly, responsive approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management, sales, or customer service experience.
• Apparel, wholesale, blanks, screen printing, fashion experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on growing accounts.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and orders.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing BTSA customers.
• Maintain regular communication with accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Process and follow up on customer orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Help customers with product availability, styles, colors, pricing, and order needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts; develop new business and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up with inactive and prospective accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and management teams.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Stay knowledgeable about BTSA products, inventory, and new developments.
