Midnight Blue is seeking a Level 3 Engineer for an on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA. You will manage client networks, resolve incidents, and deliver excellent customer service across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiencies in Routing and Switching including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint security and MDM tooling.
• Familiarity with network security including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with cloud migrations and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies like SharePoint and M365.

Responsibilities

• Lead project work as a primary resource on technology initiatives.
• Provide network and security recommendations and scope efforts.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Document processes and accurately record client environments.
