Job summary

Leprino Foods Company seeks a L2 Packaging Relief Team Member II for our state-of-the-art Lubbock facility. The role covers vacancy relief across Processing, ensuring proper LA and cellulose application, CIP setup, and changeovers.

You will support operations, monitor equipment, and uphold 5S and sanitation standards. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in basic English, with strong math, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow SOPs and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend basic English.
• Ability to evaluate mechanical conditions and make corrective actions as necessary.
• Able to access elevated work areas such as ladders or stairs.
• Basic math skills to perform calculations.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understand and apply SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain a clean work area according to 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform vacancy relief coverage for all operator positions in Processing.
• Complete LA makeup and ensure proper application of LA and Cellulose to product.
• CIP and setup of the Z-Conveyor and line changeovers.
• Collect, weigh, and record scrap and rework.
• Monitor label room equipment and ensure correct operation.
• Follow sanitation procedures and safety rules; maintain shift documentation.
