Job summary

Leprino Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor (Packaging) for our new state-of-the-art 600-person facility in Lubbock. You will lead hourly staff in the Packaging Department, plan staffing, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You will coach team members, collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, and promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and food-safety compliance as part of daily operations at Leprino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing with at least 1 year leading or mentoring others.
• Working knowledge of processing or packaging systems, including equipment operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn SAP or other manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of hourly employees in the Packaging Department to ensure quality, safety, and efficient production per shift.
• Plan daily staffing to meet production goals while maintaining safety and collaboration.
• Coach and develop team members through training and feedback.
