• Ability to access elevated work areas (ladders/stairs).
• Basic math skills to perform calculations.
• Understand and apply standard operating procedures.
• Maintain clean work area according to GMP.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate whey bagging equipment and monitor quality.
• Complete hourly checks and scale/metal detector checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate with team.
• Follow sanitation procedures at shutdown.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
