Job summary

L2 Tech is seeking experienced L2 desktop support technicians to assist advanced users in the medical robotics sector. You will manage complex desktop environments, spanning Windows, Linux, and macOS, while maintaining GMP/GxP compliance and change control.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, coordinating desktop moves and deployments, and coordinating with IT partners to deliver timely service. Strong scripting knowledge and cross-team collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in desktop environment
• Ubuntu/Linux desktop experience
• Understanding of validated systems (GxP) and change management
• Proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware/OS/software

Responsibilities

• Provide complex end-user support for desktop, software, hardware, and remote access
• Diagnose and resolve issues across desktop OSes and applications
• Coordinate moves, adds, changes, and repairs for desktop hardware and networks
• Liaise with users, IT partners, and vendors to address technical issues
• Manage lifecycle of desktop technology from procurement to disposition
• Document changes and update inventory and tickets
