Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Hardware Support Technician (L2) for an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will build, image, configure Windows PCs and Macs, install OSes and software, and manage hardware assets and deployment cycles.

The role requires hands-on experience with imaging, asset management, and hardware troubleshooting, with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Onsite collaboration with IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and macOS on PCs and Macs.
• Familiarity with imaging, provisioning, and software installation.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage device inventory and coordinate deployment/recovery.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, image, configure Windows PCs and Apple Mac devices.
• Install operating systems, applications, drivers, security tools and updates.
• Perform post-build validation and deployment readiness checks.
• Prepare devices for hires, replacements, refreshes, and rehires.
• Troubleshoot imaging issues and escalate complex problems.
• Follow standard build procedures and QA checklists.
• Manage inventory and coordinate laptop deployment and recovery.
• Recover and redeploy or retire devices as needed.
