Exigent is seeking an experienced MSP Field Systems Engineer - Level 2 to join our client-facing delivery team. This role combines strong technical troubleshooting with exceptional service delivery at client locations in New Jersey and New York City, with a mix of on-site and remote work.

The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable representing Exigent at client sites. MSP experience is required.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MSP Field Systems Engineer - Level 2 who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with exceptional client service and communication.

This is a field-focused position supporting client locations throughout New Jersey and New York City. The engineer may be primarily assigned to one client environment based on current business needs but will remain part of Exigent's broader service delivery team and may support additional clients, projects, or locations as priorities change.

The role includes a combination of on-site and remote support across endpoints, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and security technologies. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, technically capable, and comfortable serving as the visible face of Exigent at client locations.

MSP experience is required.
