Instructure is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support specialist for Canvas, our leading LMS. You will assist admins, faculty, staff, and students via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues through the UI and guiding users with clear documentation.

• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Handle support tickets via web-based tools, phone, or live chat for Canvas end-users.
• Validate issues, provide how-to guidance, and document steps taken.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 Support and track progress.
• Create documentation of support processes when assigned.
• Maintain friendly, efficient, and timely updates to users.
