Divergent is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist to build workforce capability for Advanced Manufacturing by translating business needs into scalable learning solutions. You will partner with manufacturing leaders, design curricula and qualification plans, and lead end-to-end instructional design for technical and professional learning.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in learning and development or related field with independent ownership of complex projects.
• Experience administering learning programs and LMS data; strong data governance and reporting.
• Proficiency with instructional authoring, collaboration, and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance needs with leaders and recommend practical learning interventions.
• Design role-based learning architectures, curricula, and qualification plans.
• Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex technical training.
• Convert manufacturing concepts into accessible learning experiences with SMEs.
• Establish measurement plans and analyze LMS data to report on outcomes.
• Maintain data quality for LMS programs and reporting logic.
• Lead small projects from discovery through launch and evaluation.
• Facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Develop reusable standards, templates, and operating procedures.
• Evaluate learning technologies and vendors for fit and value.
• Manage multiple assignments with stakeholder-sourced priorities.
