Job summary

JDA TSG is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (Content & Facilitation) to design engaging digital learning content half the time and deliver virtual training sessions the other half. You will use Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, and Adobe Learning to create modules, facilitator guides, and job aids for scalable learning across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of virtual facilitation and instructional design experience; or a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 2+ years of hands‑on experience.
• Mastery of adult learning frameworks and instructional design for high‑volume environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Design & Digital Innovation: build interactive e‑learning modules, microlearning videos, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Virtual Facilitation & Leader Coaching: deliver live onboarding programs and leadership workshops via Teams/Zoom.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: partner with Operations, HR, and client leadership to update assets as needs evolve.
