Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an Learning & Development Project Manager in a hybrid role based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. You will manage budgets, coordinate resources, and lead end-to-end PM for learning programs, onboarding cohorts, and events.

You will build project plans, collaborate with learning architects, IT, vendors, and business leaders, and optimize LMS processes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in Learning Preferred.
• Hybrid role—3 days in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• 2+ years of Learning & Development experience required.
• Experience with Wrike or similar PM platforms required.
• Ability to build consultative partnerships with business leaders.
• Ability to influence company-level strategies and talent development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work teams and coordinate stakeholders.

• Track and manage allocated budget for programs.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
• Lead end-to-end PM for learning programs, onboarding cohorts, events, and workflows.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: learning architects, content developers, IT, vendors.
• Support learning ops within LMS: assignments, content updates, reporting, analytics.
• Build and optimize PM systems, templates, SOPs, and knowledge repos.
• Leverage AI/tools to improve efficiency and communication.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and plan next steps.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
