Job summary

Merck, a global health care leader, is seeking an L&D Co-op at West Point to support daily training operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver training programs on site. You will work with cross-functional teams across the site, handle training requests, update SOPs in the LMS, and assist with projects to improve training delivery using tools like Copilot and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with competence in database management and document formatting.
• Digital fluency and systems aptitude, including AI tooling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle Daily Training Requests: Process requests submitted through our training portal, such as assigning courses, updating curricula, and tracking completion in our LMS.
• Maintain Compliance & Records: Update SOPs in LMS accurately and timely.
• Support Improvements & Projects: Assist with projects to improve training delivery, create guides, test new digital learning tools, and automate tasks.
