Job summary

New Grad at West Point is offering a co-op role in Learning & Development Operations. You will manage daily training requests, keep compliance records, and support projects to improve training delivery methods on site.

The role requires currently enrolled students in HR, business, MIS, or instructional design, with strong organizational and communication skills and experience with AI tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Instructional Design, or a related field)

Responsibilities

• Handle Daily Training Requests: Process requests submitted through our training portal, such as assigning courses, updating curricula, and tracking completion in our LMS.
• Maintain Compliance & Records: Update SOPs in our LMS accurately and timely.
• Support Improvements & Projects: Assist with projects to improve training delivery, create guides, test digital tools, and automate repetitive tasks.
