You will work on Process Excellence & Operations and Business Intelligence teams, supporting daily operations, risk systems, and training while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics.

The program targets students pursuing a STEM degree, with 4–6 months in the NJ/PA area and a hybrid work arrangement. Salary range is $39,908–$111,111 USD.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in a STEM or related field.
• Ability to work in NJ/PA area for 4–6 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operation of the Process Excellence & Operations team.
• Assist with risk systems maintenance and documentation.
• Assist with Risk & Compliance training delivery.
• Maintain risk data in GSMG risk systems and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build dashboards and KPIs.
