Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a Manager, L&D Operations in Columbus, OH to own the learning systems, data, and operational backbone for Enterprise L&D. This individual contributor role supports program owners, facilitators, and instructional designers across the team.

You will administer the LMS/LXP end-to-end, design scalable workflows, manage vendor relationships, and build dashboards to track completion, compliance, and program impact, while upholding data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of LMS/LXP administration experience (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo, Absorb, or similar).
• Experience scaling learning operations with enrollments, compliance tracking, reporting, and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning technology stack end to end: administer, configure, and improve the LMS/LXP.
• Architect scalable workflows: design course catalogs, learning paths, automations, and integrations (HRIS, SSO, content libraries).
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate upgrades and features, troubleshoot issues.
