Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Tech Lead, Learning and Development to provide hands-on technical leadership for the Learning and Development Global Capability Product team. You will partner with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver enterprise learning platforms, onboarding solutions, and LMS-governed enablement products.

This role requires deep LMS expertise, strong leadership, agile delivery, and the ability to mentor engineers and vendor partners across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years in learning and development, training operations, capability enablement, or related pharma domains.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead or similar overseeing a team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable enterprise learning platforms (LMS).
• Lead technical delivery, translate requirements into tasks, and guide agile ceremonies.
