Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Learning & Development Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of global learning programs and manage a small team. The role focuses on scalable processes, learning technologies, and coordinating with HR partners and business stakeholders.

You'll oversee in-person and virtual programs, drive analytics within the LMS, and contribute to internal communications and marketing for development initiatives, with AI-enabled tooling adoption across the learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development, HR program management, learning operations, or related HR program delivery roles.
• 3+ years of people management of at least 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of Learning & Development programs, ensuring on-time, in-scope execution aligned with priorities.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes and workflows for scalable learning delivery.
• Coordinate with program managers, facilitators, HR partners, and vendors for seamless program execution.
• Lead planning and delivery for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs and guide a team of direct reports.
• Manage in-person leadership programs, venues, vendors, and participant logistics; maintain learning materials and swag.
